Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

Karnavati University is committed to providing a fair and accessible platform for students to address their grievances. We have established a Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) to ensure prompt and effective resolution of student grievances.

Notification: Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee

The university has implemented a user-friendly online grievance redressal mechanism. Students can conveniently file their grievances electronically, ensuring transparency and efficient tracking of the resolution process.

Karnavati University has appointed an Ombudsperson for redressal of grievances of students under the University Grants Commission (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023.

Any student aggrieved by the decision of the Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of such decision.

Please note that the Ombudsperson shall hear appeals from an aggrieved student only after they have availed all other remedies provided for students under the existing University processes and regulations.
