1. Amul Dairy, Anand:

 At the start of our trip under the leadership of Raj sir we reached Amul Dairy, Anand around 11:00 pm. Where we first went to the Museum where you get to know about the history of Amul Dairy. Amul is also known as the Gujarat milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) It was founded in 1946. Anand plant is one of Amul’s primary manufacturing factories. Where they produce a wide range of dairy products like milk, butter, cheeses, yogurt, ice cream and more, these products are distributed all over India and different countries. There we also visited their new and unique technology and new Infrastructures where they produce high-quality products and saw how efficiently they work.

2. Amul Chocolate Plant, Mogar

After having a knowledge packed visit at Amul Dairy Plant, Anand we headed towards Amul chocolate plant, Mogar. Where we saw how they produce Chocolate Bars, Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Syrup, Chocolate spread, etc. There we looked for the new technologies and machineries which focused on the High-quality products and which worked with high efficiency.

3. Vidya Dairy :

After having a break of an hour we went to Vidya Dairy, Anand where we got to know how they produce milk and by products of milk. With their new technology and machinery we found out about their high quality and pure products. How they make Ghee out the left out and make it waste out of best we also got to know how their manufacturing, Packing and shifting lineups works
