The world has been witnessing innumerous criminality against civilians during the last few decades despite the plethora of International documents and regional instruments on the protection of human being. The crimes committed by ISIS in their occupied territory, war in the Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Sudan and Afghanistan have claimed the lives of thousands of human beings. It shows the insensitivity of the responsible member countries of the UN. These countries have made the UN helpless to take any firm action against the lawless and delinquent countries and their warmonger head of states. The World community is converting, day by day, into an inhumanised community, like wild beast because of dirty politics of few countries and helplessness of UN. Therefore, it is the need of the hour that UN’s authority should be exercised in a proper manner to curb such menace.
