We may have played various indoor and outdoor games during our childhood. Once we grew up, we got busy in household responsibilities and earning money. But when we look back at our childhood and remember the games that we used to play as kids, we cherish the moments and it brings a sweet smile on our face which cannot be forgotten. The joy that we have experienced during our times cannot be experienced by this generation as everyone is growing up while playing on smart phones and tablets because every game we played had a lesson. Some of those games taught us the art of living. What we earn, what we lose, why we lose, life’s ups and downs, all were related to those games which are suddenly obsolete for new generation. They don’t even know the names of those games that our generation played. Through my painting, I have tried to introduce our old and traditional game to the new generation and take them to that magical world of games so that they can also experience the same joy and pleasure that we reveled in as kids.
