Digitalization, Innovation & Transformation are important keys which can simply be utilized in every activity be it business using the resources available to a person or any start-up. We embrace this theme in all dimensions of management. Digitalization, Innovation & Transformation is now practised across the country to face future possible uncertainties. Organisations should think about those issues which are important to address to make the life of coming generations more secure by incorporating DIET. Under this, not only the economic development will be ensured but the utilisation of resources will be done at an optimum level & instabilities will be eradicated.

An entrepreneur combines various input factors in a creative way in order to generate value for customers and to create feasible wealth. Today’s Society needs People who can establish a business which should be more digitalized, innovative & flexible enough to operate even in adverse scenarios. One of the major attributes of an entrepreneur is that they need to have a keen eye for opportunities in society. Therefore, it becomes imperative for a nation to create digitalization & innovation, which facilitates the process of transforming ideas into business reality, self-employment, enterprise creation, and providing solutions to societal problems along with endurable economic growth by re-invention.

Quality research papers will get an opportunity for publication in SCOPUS & Web of Science indexed journals. The processing fee    for the same need to be borne by the author. However, the final decision to publish the papers would lie with the editors of the    respective journals.
Candidates can raise their profile through networking and engagement with research at all career stages.
They can showcase their research and develop research ideas through discussion and feedback from experienced colleagues.    Connect with researchers and opportunities within and beyond your areas of specific research interest through the special interest    group and a variety of other events.

Submissions should be original research papers and similarity index upto 10% .
The participants interested in presenting a paper in a technical session must submit the abstract of the paper (150 to 300 words) in    English, which will be scrutinized by the editorial committee before their acceptance for presentation.
The abstract must be accompanied by the author's name(s), affiliations, full postal address, email id, and telephone number along    with the title of the paper on the front page. Abstracts of all the papers accepted for presentation will be published in the form of    Souvenirs.
Full text of the paper typed in MS Word, using Times New Roman, font size 12 on A-4 size paper in 1.5 spacing & referencing style    APA, should be e-mailed at the mail-id. [email protected]
Paper must be accompanied with the author's name(s), affiliation(s), and full postal address, email ID, and telephone number    along with the title of the paper on the front page.
For the presentation of the paper/s in the conference, the contributors are requested to register themselves. Registration new    presentation of the paper by at least one author in the conference is mandatory to ensure the inclusion of the paper in the book.
Conference E-Book will be distributed to participants who will attend the conference and present their papers at the conference.
Paper in absentia needs to be sent along with PPT.
Certificates of participation will be provided to all the registered participants.

Karnavati University has established two incubators- Karnavati Innovation Incubation Foundation (KIIF) which is a sector-agnostic incubator and the other - Defense Design Technology Incubator of India (DDTII) which is strongly focused on areas of Defense.

UWSB is a top business school shaping the students' perspectives on business and leadership and their contribution to society, by addressing the functional areas of organization and management fundamentals. The three / four years BBA (Hons.) program at UWSB seek to provide students with a strong foundation for success in the business world or in pursuing management related higher education at the Masters and Doctoral levels. More than twenty eminent faculty members guide students in the school, and numerous foreign visiting faculties teach courses while conducting and guiding research initiatives at various levels. Students at UWSB are instrumental in registering patents and other forms of intellectual property, demonstrating the university's strong research culture. UWSB places a strong emphasis on practical and hands-on learning in place, hence making it mandatory for each student to undergo a summer internship project in related corporate. A two-month internship not only helps them in presentation and report writing but also broadens their horizon to prepare them for the professional life ahead.
