In today’s time when the world is proclaiming a liberal economy and globalization touches every life in their daily functional existence, it is becoming increasingly important to equip our professional skills with cross cultural understanding so that there is a universal market for it. Man’s mobility is the most dynamic aspect in this technological age. It is an era of consumer culture where the economy of a society is bred with its cultural capital. And to understand the consumers’ psychology it is imperative to review the nuances of human communication and personal habits that feeds into the larger economy of a society. We need to explore how one gears oneself to deliver to this growing, diverse, demanding, multicultural professional industry.
