“The Common Law vs. Chinese Law course was well appreciated by participants coming across the nation. It remained one of its kinds in the nation to focus on comparative legal analysis in this regime. Such courses are exponentially needed to be pursued by Law students to understand the global position in such fields” – stated by Dr. Malay Patel, Convener of the course and Director of Centre for Law and Policy, UWSL.
Unitedworld School of Law, through its Centre for Law and Policy, conducted a one-credit certificate course titled “Common Law vs. Chinese Law: Focus On Invisible Factors & Contexts That Are Relevant To Legal Practice” recently at its campus.
