The KU- EPITOME Initiative | Endeavor – Ahmedabad session on study abroad for KSD Final Year & Interns | 5th January, 2022
As a part of KU’s EPITOME initiative on meaningful exit of students from the University, a workshop on “Guidance cum Preparation for admission to Foreign Universities for Higher Studies” was organized by Corporate Resource Centre under leadership of Mr.Jaideep Banerjee, Director – Outreach Programs, ERP & Corporate Resource (Strategic Engagements) on Wednesday, 5th January, 2022 for Dental College Students (Interns and Final Year batch) at D-Block Auditorium.
The workshop was carried by Team Endeavor, with whom we have partnered to provide services on training and applications consulting support to our students seeking higher studies abroad after completion of their Bachelor’s degree studies. Endeavor will deliver end-to-end learning and support solutions for the following products:
- GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test)
- GRE (Graduate Records Examination)
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
- IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
- Education Abroad (Admissions Consulting)
The workshop started with Saraswati Vandana, followed by opening remarks from Dr,Santosh, Principal of Karnavati School of Dentistry.
Post which, Mr.Jaideep Banerjee spoke about Epitome initiative of Karnavati University, highlighting the third objective of Epitome, which is “providing guidance cum preparation towards admission to Indian or overseas Universities for Higher Studies”. While sharing objective of organizing the said workshop, he introduced “Endeavor”.
Dr.Ajit Singh, one of the senior consultant and researcher from Endeavor presented and shared various insights about Education Abroad including key aspects of admission in foreign universities of US, UK, Canada, Australia etc. He also shared that Endeavor can help them in meeting their Career aspirations for Higher Education Abroad through “Right Counseling, Outstanding Material, Comprehensive Online Platform and Personalized Mentoring”. Being a MBBS Doctor himself, Dr.Singh led the discussion in such a way that students were able to relate and understand.
Mr. Hitesh from Endeavor also briefly spoke about the Admission Process and importance of timelines for the same. The workshop concluded with National Anthem.
The workshop was attended by 100+ students of Karnavati School of Dentistry.
The workshop was quite informative and successful in igniting the minds of interns and final year students of BDS, aspiring for higher education abroad.
