HR Symposium

Karnavati University hosted an HR Symposium titled “Paradigm Shift in Employee Wellness and Performance” on the 8th of October 2022 keeping in core focus that wellness is important in the workplace. This is because wellness and well-being have a direct impact on how invested your workforce is in the company’s future and it only makes sense that efforts are channelised towards making this environment a place where individuals feel nurtured, valued, and comfortable.
