Master Class from Naturecoat

Mr. Bhargav Brahmbhatt, Director of Naturecoat, recently led a master class and practical workshop in collaboration with the Department of Interior Design at UID. B.Des semester 3 students, under his guidance, gained valuable insights into the application of various wood finishes and their practical application in furniture design. This session, integral to their furniture design module, also covered a detailed exploration of the benefits and drawbacks associated with different polish types, along with the intricacies of their application methods.Students were provided with a unique opportunity to work hands-on with an innovative oil-based wood coating solution known for its 0 VOC (volatile organic compounds), aligning with principles of sustainability.
