Global Alumni Lecture Series- GOALS

Mr. Rohit Rakesh Jain, Branch Manager at Mirae Asset Mutual Funds, delivered an interactive session on “Customer Relationship Management” on March 3, 2022 under the flagship event “Global Alumni Lecture Series- GOALS”. Mr. Rohit is an alumnus of Unitedworld School of Business from the batch 2012-14. The session was attended by the current BBA students. Mr. Rohit talked about the importance of Customer-Service Provider relationship, the data that service providers acquire and how that data is used to enhance their customer relationship and experience. He gave examples of Maruti, Amazon, Tanishq, Dominos and many others.

In the end, Mr. Rohit gave a real time situation to the students to tell them the practicalities of the corporate world and asked them to enact accordingly. The students were also asked how they would have dealt with the situation making the customer experience better. Students loved the session and appreciated the efforts of Karnavati University Alumni Association for organizing such sessions. They insisted that such sessions should be organized more often.
