On 4th October 2023 (Wednesday), a guest session was organized by the United World School of Business on the topic of Consumers’ rights and redressal mechanism for the students of BBA Semester-3.

The speaker for the session was Mr. Udayan P. Vyas, practicing Advocate at Gujarat high Court. In his address, he spoke about the rights of consumer and how they can get solution to their grievances arising due to defect or deficiency in any products or services. He explained the topic with live examples for the better understanding of the concept. Many students along with faculties clarified their doubts as a consumer and also they learned how, when and where the matters of deficiency and defects in products and services can be taken up.

The purpose of this sessions was to enable students to have practical exposure and experiential learning from industry person. The students and faculties found the topic to be very informative and relevant.
