Who would have thought in this world of the challenges that the year 2020 would bring to them? No organization have certainly not imagined the challenges that COVID-19 has appeared to them. Specially HR professionals would have never thought of managing people in new way so suddenly. This is the biggest sudden environmental change that the organisations all over the world has faced overnight. The uncertainty has crushed the economy, employees are in stressful situations and HR professionals are trying their best to keep everything in perspective and aligned. This situation has led to many undiscovered problems that no HR professional would have thought of.
The sudden shift in work mode has brought new challenges for HR to manage. The biggest challenges for HR professionals is now crisis response and how to keep the employees motivated and to keep right communication channels. Remote Work and stress are the top priority for HR to manage. Lack of agility, Communication channels, Mental illness and employee engagement are the biggest issues faced by HR in this time.
