During this wonderful period when everybody is busy discovering their inner strengths, talents, health goals, discipline etc. there would be many of us who would be facing one more severe crisis inside our “MINDS” besides the outside pandemic crisis. So what is basically going in our minds?
- Why I am not
able to do the things I planned accordingly? - Am I not
trying hard enough? - Last time,
too, I lacked discipline and hence I didn’t achieve it? - Am I like
this only, I keep procrastinating things. - I actually
don’t know what to do during this period? - I don’t want
anything or else I want to do things but am I not serious enough to do it?
Therefore, the question here is, is it okay if we are not living lives with discipline, while the rest of the world has discovered things that keep them going.
All I want to say is just take a moment, take a deep breath and shout out loud that…
Yes it’s Okay! J Because things work differently for you….! Do whatever you are doing, don’t bind to rules which you weren’t before, it’s okay..! It’s okay if you “Netflix & chill..! It’s okay to just EAT…SLEEP…MOBILE….EAT…MOBILE….SLEEP…REPEAT.
It’s okay to set yourself free. You know what works best for you. And there will be time when things will go as you planned. It’s not necessary that doing things as everyone is doing around will help you find your “own self”. You will find yourself in the journey. So most important don’t be harsh and hard on yourself.
Don’t blame yourself for whatever has happened with you in the past. On the contrary, love yourself for everything you have faced and came across in life till date and what you will be doing in future too.
Hence what I believe is “It’s okay to not be okay sometimes….!”
PS: The idea for this blog clicked me at 4.10am. It was the time when I was watching a series, and not doing anything disciplined. Things strike when you move with your “OWN FLOW”. Hence, I believe you will find your purpose while just flowing with the FLOW…!
Finally, according to “Taoist”, we can approach life more intelligently, more efficiently by going with the flow rather than swimming against it.
