About Karnavati School of Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences

The Karnavati School of Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences is dedicated to promoting holistic health and wellness through the ancient sciences of naturopathy and yoga. Our programs are designed to provide a deep understanding of natural healing methods, integrating traditional wisdom with contemporary scientific knowledge. The curriculum includes a comprehensive study of naturopathic principles, therapies, and practices, along with in-depth training in various forms of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness techniques. Students are trained in the therapeutic use of natural elements such as diet, herbs, water, sunlight, and

massage, as well as modern diagnostic and treatment techniques. Our state-of-the-art facilities include well-equipped yoga studios, herbal gardens, and treatment rooms where students can practice and perfect their skills. We emphasize the development of a compassionate and patient-centered approach to health and wellness, encouraging our students to cultivate a deep sense of empathy and dedication to their patients. Through our rigorous academic programs and hands-on training, we aim to produce skilled naturopaths and yoga therapists who can contribute to the global wellness movement, helping individuals achieve optimal health through natural and holistic methods.
