The B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) program spans over a period of 3 years, divided into six semesters. This comprehensive course is designed to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel in the field of medical laboratory technology.
The B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology course is meticulously crafted to provide in-depth training and understanding of laboratory techniques and technologies used in the medical field. This program covers a wide range of subjects including clinical biochemistry, microbiology, hematology, pathology, immunology, and molecular biology.
Students will gain hands-on experience with modern laboratory equipment and techniques, preparing them to handle and analyze biological samples such as blood, urine, tissue, and other bodily fluids. The curriculum is designed to impart both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of the healthcare industry.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Science stream, including subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a recognized board.
Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate score of 50% in the qualifying examination.
