Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.
People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.

Instructions

E-pass/Offline passes are mandatory for entry.
Lost or damaged entry pass will not be entertained.
Entry pass cannot be exchanged and is non-transferrable.
Tickets are for one-time usage and re-entry with same ticket is not permitted.
Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
Traditional Navratri attire is recommended but not mandatory (Chaniya Choli for Girls & Kurta-pyjama/Kediyu for Boys).
The sponsors/performers/organizers/hosts shall not be responsible any lost belongings.
Carrying or consumption of illegal substance is strictly banned. Decision on fine to be levied remain the right of the management.
If boys try to enter with girls' pass or vice versa then the entry shall be denied and ticket will not be refunded.
