L&D is a critical tool to bridge the growing skill gaps and future-ready employees by ensuring they have the digital literacy to operate effectively in the modern dynamic economy.

The Learning & Development (L&D) department is spearheaded by Mr. Jaideep Banerjee, presently the Director of Outreach Programs, ERP & Corporate Resource and supported by a dedicated team comprising Ms. Sweta Mishra, Ms. Heerak Khatri, Dr. Shilpa Sonawane, Dr. Jigisha Joshi, Mr. Nitin Rajyaguru along with domain specific faculty support. Together, we facilitate, coordinate, and execute all training needs across the university.

The L&D department is set to initiate training programs for over 1,000 members of our workforce and 1,500 pre-final year students from various constituent colleges within the university. A comprehensive training schedule has been rolled out, aimed at equipping our staff and students with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in their academic and professional endeavours.
