At KU- L&D , we have been tasked to ensure creation of a committed , skilled & trained workforce by 2026 , to support 10K+ students at our two campuses at Uvarsad , and we are operational & active for
almost two months now. Learning and development (L&D), when done right, has been known to improve workplace culture, bridge skills gaps and increase productivity as well as employee retention rates.
For students , L&D shall manage the content delivery , assessments and overall coordination of employability based courses , in consultation with the Registrar’s office.
KU – L&D shall also be providing training to teaching (FDPs) & non-teaching staff ( specialized awareness programs) & to support staff with its pool of empaneled trainers.
