The other day, a friend and I were having a casual conversation over love, relationships, marriage. We were discussing how our parents may never have said the words ‘I Love You’ to each other but it does not mean that they do not love each other! Love is not just about saying those three words. Then what is love? A lot of teenagers, adolescents and those in early twenties seem to be in relationships but are they in love as well? For me, the depth of love cannot be expressed in words but can be only felt within. Such kind of love seems to be vanishing or only few very fortunate ones find such love.
Today, people have become more practical and rational about everything including love, relationships and marriage. Two individuals spend time, flirt and may even feel for each other but they are not prepared to give away their independence for the commitment required for a long-term relationship. Ye aisa hai Love aaj kal! There may be no dearth of love among people but there definitely is some lack of realization, I would say
