Mindfulness is about living in the present. Living to the fullest without thinking or worrying about past or future. It is a wonderful practice to enjoy the life and be psychologically healthy. Being mindful provides opportunity to devote yourself with zeal and full enthusiasm to the present tasks and also make the most of your current time. A few examples of practicing mindfulness are total focus on watching TV or screen time, concentration on meditation activity, engrossment in book reading etc. The practice comes up with many benefits namely life free from anxiety, worry, tension, stress, frustration and so on. If more and more people begin to practice mindfulness, it will positively impact mental health of people and the community to a great extent.
