Leading a healthy lifestyle is always difficult for many people. I have been trying many hacks to avoid unhealthy food habits and sedentary lifestyle, but seldom succeed. It is essential to prepare a time table and follow it rigorously. I have recently designed a time table to help me have a breathable life. In the morning, I would consume lukewarm lime water along with honey. The honey will provide necessary nutrients while lime water will act as a cleanser. Post lime water is required to walk for approximately one hour in the morning. An hour’s walk will cover five thousand steps. The brisk walk will help to improve blood circulation and muscles.

Moreover, the walk is healthy for the lungs, kidney and brain. Post walk, it is crucial to have a healthy breakfast consisting of puffed rice that produces the lowest number of calories. Post breakfast it will be exhilarating to use a bicycle to commute to the office. It would take one hour to reach the office covering twenty-three kilometres. Post going to the office it is important to walk at regular intervals and stand in the sunlight. Moreover, one should consume a minimum of four litres of water.
