E-Money……..E-Commerce……..E-Banking……E-Go

Looking at the title you may think that among the four terms three viz. E-Money, E-Commerce, and E-Banking are known to you, most of the time you are part of them. But the surprising element is E-Go. You many think this may be new development in electronics and technology. But this is oldest among all. We all know this terms as ‘ego’ or “EGO”. Next question that may come to your mind is what the relationship between is, or commonality between, them and how E-Go is related to other three terms. Let’s explore the similarity and association. The Sanskrit meaning of ego is feeling of ‘ahum’ or ‘ahumbhav’ which means feeling of self or mine. The word ‘ahum’ has two words in it, ‘a’ means ‘absence’ and ‘hum’ means ‘we’. Thus ego is feeling where ‘I’ dominate ‘We’. An individual with ego think that he is force behind everything. In reality anything happening on earth has contribution of many. The success of individual, organization, society or country is because of contribution of many. The credit for the success should be shared. In this situation the credit should go to ‘hum’ (we) and not ‘I” (me). The person with ego will take the entire credit for any positive thing that has happened, while pass on the blame to others if things are not going in right direction. Now let’s compared four terms viz. E-Money, E-Commerce, E-Banking and E-Go. If you look at first three, one common thing among three is speed with which transaction take place. Prefix ‘E’ provide speed to transactions and operations. Similarly prefix ‘E’ in E-Go provide speed to ‘Go’. The persons with E-Go (Ego) will have extra speed in terms of losing value in society, losing trust in group, losing job in any organization, losing satisfaction and losing life. This if you keep your ego you will be losing your relationship, trust, satisfaction and life. ……..so it’s time to come out of your E-Go and work with ‘hum’ (We) instead of ‘I’ (Me)……wishing you happy life.
