The Race for Winning Hearts

Not so long ago, from their very existence, mankind had wanted to create an impact on one another. All they have been doing is winning hearts of people, by love, kindness or also evil deeds. It is so easy to classify people today in terms of their doings. We judge them by their cover and do not care about how they are from within or never look at their qualities. When we expect all of us to like us with utmost sincerity, we do not live in other’s expectations. People race at such a pace that they lose track of their own self and they fall. How funny life is! We as individuals fail to love ourselves, fail to accept our own self, choose not to stand out in public by our own deeds. Various pleasing words like pretty, true, what a personality, amazing, soft, clean, royal, sharp, smart and intelligent are changed to ugly, look at their faces, standards, unclean, corrupt, sly, etc. I really believe that for winning hearts one must keep their own heart clean, care for it by knowing oneself completely and choosing the right way. Has mankind ever realised that winning hearts for your own self is more important than struggling to win hearts for others. Self acceptance is the key for worldly acceptance.
