It was an amazing experience listening to MIGUEL WILSON who is an Illustrator, Toy designer and Product Developer at the ADW 2.0. He talked about how a person could fit in the industry, methods he/she should follow, living a healthy lifestyle and shared his work.
He talked about how each and every idea is important at the initial stage and never to handcuff yourself. He further added that it may be foolish or stupid but never put limits. The freer you will be the better you can explore. His basic idea was to enjoy and create with fun whatever you do.
It is always good to keep learning and the more you learn, the better designer you will become. He explained that we should never stop learning and knowing new things is always a joy and experience that will keep teaching us.
To work in a company behaviour will always matter over work; like, if a person is easy going and another with good work skills but rude at the same time, people will always choose the person who is easy going because he keeps the work environment happy and friendly.
He also talked about how a healthy and balanced lifestyle is important to be happy as it is important to enjoy what you do. It is good to take breaks and let your brain rest from time to time.
He then introduced his work, how far he has come with his hard work and learned a lot and still learning, he also says that learning never stops.
