| Arunita Paul has specialization in the domain of Human Factors and Ergonomics. Her area of specialisation comprises of development of predictive models for any ergonomic risk and associating them with design variables. She has several publications from her thesis. She has worked as a research scholar in Department of Design, IIT Guwahati. During this tenure she has also worked as a teaching assistant and her role included assisting in theory and practical classes, organizing workshops, short term courses, MOOCS courses etc. She is quite enthusiastic about conducting research in various fields including role of Human Factors in crisis management, revival of heritage crafts, role of Cognitive and Psychosocial Ergonomics in changing sociotechnical scenario etc. |
