Experience:
Dr. Bindiya Gupta holds over 19 years of vast experience in academia, training and industry. She has worked with Genpact, Gurgaon for more than a decade, under different verticals. Dr. Gupta has done her Ph.D. in Management and her thesis title was ‘Impact of Mentoring on Job Satisfaction among Bank employees’. In academics, she was earlier associated with the management department of Nirma University, Ahmedabad and Marwadi University, Rajkot. Her research work, including case studies, has been published in reputed national and international journals. Her research work covers topics like mentoring, employee branding, contemporary HR practices, sustainable business practices, entrepreneurship etc. Dr. Gupta has also been invited to conduct webinars and FDP’s by reputed academic institutes and as a reviewer for case study by Emerald publishing. She has received several awards/ honors for her performance, team handling and research in corporate and academia.

i. Awarded for the ‘Best research paper’. Paper title ‘Consequences of Workplace Envy and Its
Antecedents – A Theoretical Framework’ organized by Narayana Business School; (Dec.4th 2021).
ii. Awarded for the ‘Best research paper’. Paper title ‘Managing Virtual teams’ presented at International Web Conference (Innovative Business Practices in Digital Era) organized by Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal; (Dec. 28th to 30th Dec. 2020).
iii. Awarded for the ‘Best paper presentation’ (first prize) and ‘Best research paper’ (third prize). Paper title: ‘Analyzing the Impact of Job Burnout on Job Satisfaction – A Study on Indian Bank Employees’ in International Youth Symposium – Towards Excellence, held in Gujarat University, Ahmedabad (January 2018).
iv. Awarded for the ‘Best paper presentation’. Paper title: ‘Analyzing the Impact of Formal and Informal Mentoring on Job Satisfaction – A Study on Indian Bank Employees’ in National Conference on Advances in Theory, Research and Practices in Management held in GLS, Gujarat (September, 2017).
v. As a manager (in Genpact), have been rewarded and awarded on several occasions both by the client and the organization for exemplary handling of the team and efficient work.vi. Rewarded for successfully transitioning the process from the US team in Genpact (2008).
vii. As a process associate and process developer in Genpact have been rewarded on several occasions in reward and recognition ceremony for exemplary performance and demonstration of values at workplace (Feb. 03, Nov. 03, Oct. 05, Dec. 09).
