Worked on Phase II of the Project Titled Training Need Analysis for Correctional officers in India, Wherein I collected data from Central, District & Sub Jails of Gujarat.
Interviewed Correctional Officers of Gujarat State to test for their training needs and issues faced by them.
Interview the Prison Inmates to understand their needs and their treatment by Jail Authorities. Submitted the Data to BPR&D.

Currently working as Senior Manager, Vigilance, Forensics & Security at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. Having Previously worked as Forensic Professional (Forensic Psychology Division) at Central Forensic Sciences Laboratory Hyderabad and in government projects of BPR&D and NHRC, I have keen experience and knowledge of Research in the field of Criminology & Forensic Psychology. Have assisted in the training of several Law enforcement officers in the field of Criminology & Forensic Science. |
