  • Worked on Phase II of the Project Titled Training Need Analysis for Correctional officers in India, Wherein I collected data from Central, District & Sub Jails of Gujarat.
  • Interviewed Correctional Officers of Gujarat State to test for their training needs and issues faced by them.
  • Interview the Prison Inmates to understand their needs and their treatment by Jail Authorities. Submitted the Data to BPR&D.

    A UGC NET & FACT qualified Masters graduate in Criminology with Specialization in Forensic Psychology from National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar. Currently working as Senior Manager, Vigilance, Forensics & Security at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. Having Previously worked as Forensic Professional (Forensic Psychology Division) at Central Forensic Sciences Laboratory Hyderabad and in government projects of BPR&D and NHRC, I have keen experience and knowledge of Research in the field of Criminology & Forensic Psychology. Have assisted in the training of several Law enforcement officers in the field of Criminology & Forensic Science.
