Kishori Dalwadi – Interior Designer, Architect & Urban Planner by profession, had started her career working with Sir Balkrishna Doshi, the awardee of Pritzker award (referred to as the Nobel Prize of Architecture). She was associated at his office as a research associate for the book authored by Yatin Pandya & published as “Elements of Space Making”. She has written many articles in newspapers for awareness in Interior Sector. During her professional career she was associate architect for “Interior-renovation‟ of few cells at IIM campus, Ahmedabad. Kishori believes in setting thresholds of learning the vernacular roots and socio-culture context.

She has presented a paper on “Aesthetics in Indigenous Architecture” at International Conference at Calicut, THANIMA 2. Also, Kishori has presented paper at a National Conference, held at Vidhyanagar, Gujarat,on “Present Status of Architectural Education in India”. Kishori has mentored graduation projects from various design colleges and has made students participate in various competition/workshops related to -Material Exploration in Interiors.

Kishori Dalwadi is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Interior Design from Karnavati University.
