| Nidhi has more than 6 years of professional and academic experience in teaching, research, administration. She has expertise in team building and networking. She has worked as an Academic Associate in the Communication and Strategic Management area at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. She also has developed content for the students in the course material of IIM. The interaction with entrepreneur and strategic professors has helped her to gain a firm grasp of the enterpreneurial ecosystem. She has been working in academia, where she has engaged in a variety of institutional-building activities, like an HR Meet, an Industry Visit, an Annual Sports Program, and the Management Fest Program. During the period, at an individual level, she transformed the personality of several students; through mentoring and grooming sessions which helped them to achieve their professional engagements. Her area of interests are content writing, reading, evaluating case studies, case lets, and articles. She has published a paper at national and international conference. |
