The practice of energy healing is an ancient practice. Beautiful rose quartz works as a protection crystal too. I have been a part of Yoga Prana Vidya- it is an energy healing organization. In this organization, people learn energy healing by using various crystals. Rose quartz, a pentagon-shaped protection crystal pendant is one of them.

This gemstone’s specific cut states the spiritual reason in energy healing. It is the centre shape of a star and in energy, a healing star represents union. So the cut plays a very essential role.

This pendant is worn between the Throat Chakra and Front Heart Chakra, which helps in maintaining balance. The advantages of wearing this pendant – it protects us from all the negative energies like hatred, negative thoughts, anxiety, psychic attacks and many more. It is believed that the impact of all negative energies is absorbed by it and thus it protects the wearer. Everyone is not advised to wear this pendant. Only those practicing enery healing are advised to wear it as it requires regular cleansing. It is also believed that when it gets filled with too many negative energies it breaks on its own. I believe the pendant is very helpful and keeps me safe.
