At Office of International Affairs we ensure that we guide the students at each stage of Admission application. Visa application is the one of the most crucial stages and requires the students to furnish all required documents with due diligence as stated by the Indian High Commission in respective countries.
We provide the Admission Letter as well as the Bonafide letter to the students at the time of admission which can be used to apply for Indian Student visa. We advise all students to apply for their visa well before time as it may take upto 2-4 weeks of processing time depending upon various countries. After reaching the University Campus, students are advice to get the visa verified by the University and will be required to deposit a copy of the valid visa at Office of International Affairs. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that throughout his/her study period student is on valid visa.

Documents Required

1. Acceptance Letter and Bonafide letter issued from the university after the payment of advance fee.
2. Original Passport with a validity of more than 6 months at the time of application, with at least 4 blank pages.
3. Print out of properly filled up online visa application form.
4. Receipt of Registration fee payment
5. 2 recent photos
6. Minimum 6 months Bank Statement and Proof of finance (letter of support from the parent / guardian accompanied by a bank guarantee)
7. Travel Tickets booking confirmation.
8. National ID & Passport Copy with proof of residence in home country.
9. Yellow Fever Medical Certificate
10. Visa Application Fee (varies depending upon the country applying from, to be paid directly at the High Commission/Embassy of India upon submission of application)
