Overview

The Bachelor of Design (Hons.) Communication Design program at UID is a 4-year undergraduate course aimed at developing creative professionals with a community-centered, socially aware approach to problem-solving. The program emphasizes empathy, environmental consciousness, and advanced technological skills, preparing students to approach design challenges with a socially informed, adaptable perspective.

Programme Curriculum

The curriculum covers a comprehensive range of communication design domains, including typography, print and publication design, branding, packaging, UX/UI, and motion design. Students gain exposure to socially relevant design, game design, and advertising, while also exploring new media such as AI, AR-VR-XR, and experiential design.
