Advertising is an integral part of the Marketing process. Advertising seeks to solve problems faced by businesses and organizations by connecting with the consumers in the most creative ways.

Students of Advertising and PR major at Department of Mass Communication will develop knowledge of the marketing process; agency workings; marketing communications industry and creativity through core courses, internships and guest lectures by experts from the industry.

With concentrations in Integrated Marketing Communication; Account Management & Planning; Media; and Consumer Research, students are equipped with necessary knowledge and skills to face the challenges of a highly competitive industry; and can also plan their higher studies in the field.

Note: If course is not offered due to lack of adequate number of students, students of the same course will be transferred to other course on the basis of available seats as per the guidelines of the Academic Council.
