ACADEMIC CO-ORDINATOR

Job Description
  • Develop proposals and curricular outlines for new academic programs.
  • Handle scheduling of academic calendar including students’ weekly class schedule; maintain
faculty calendar.
  • Centralize all academic affairs and manage communication of various policies and timelines to faculty, staff and students.
  • Coordinate regular meetings between faculty, Dean and Director Academic Programs for the purpose of advancing academics and research directives.
  • Facilitate cross collaboration among faculty for meeting curricular goals and timelines.
  • Assist faculty with the usage of the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Keep track of important faculty deadlines and send regular reminders.
  • Handle student queries regarding the various programs and activities.
  • Communicate student issues/requests to relevant faculty
  • Analyze Student Performance
  • Send syllabus and test/semester exam schedule to parents
  • Ensure syllabus is completed before the stipulated date for all units, cyclic tests and semester exams
  • Conduct checks and review of question papers for reliability and validity

Job Title: Manager - Career Service Development

Role Summary: This role holder requires to coordinate end-to-end and be responsible for student internships and placements. This includes to schedule, organize and manage placement activities for all Design/Liberal Arts/Business Management Students at Karnavati University, provide ample opportunities for students to achieve 100% -success in terms of internships, projects, and full-time placement, and playing an instrumental role in developing and sustaining a mutually beneficial long term relationship with the industry/recruiting organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a comprehensive list of corporates, recruiters to be reached out to based on students preferences, upcoming market trends, and appropriate job matches; with the help of the student councils and other internal stakeholders
  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers, Decision-makers, and CXOs in India's top 2000 corporates and send out information about KARNAVATI UNIVERSITY student profiles, courses, internships, etc.
  • Administer and manage a centralized placement portal, students resume bank through the student placement committees.
  • Collect the job announcement/description -, requirements, job details, and specifications from the representatives of each interested organisation and share the same with the students - in a timely manner.
  • Appoint and collaborate with the Student Placement Committee in collaboration with HOD & Deans.
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance to students through various mediums, such as individual meetings, group sessions, email, etc.
  • Maintain and Update necessary data/details pertaining to Placements & other KRA/KPI. · Optimal utilisation of Placement centric or CRM or similar tools provided. Coordinate with technology teams for system-related support and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain a database of recruiters and update it on a regular basis to ensure ccuracy.
  • Sharing industry feedback, trends, and expectations with students and leadership.
  • MIS and Reporting student profiles, client database, activity report, etc.
Key Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Adept in using MS Work & PowerPoint with proficiency in working with MS Excel Tech Savvy
  • Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
  • Open to travel as per professional requirements City, State, and Country.
Qualification
  • Bachelors degree with min 5-6 years experience.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Key-Accounts management, B2B Sales & Marketing, Campus Recruitment

  • To assist General Manager - Legal in drafting & vetting of various legal agreements/ agency letters/ NDA/ Service agreements/documents and miscellaneous applications
  • To assist General Manager - Legal in pan India Litigation Management, Court cases, mediation, civil suits, criminal cases, and labour cases.
  • Drafting, extension, renewal of Leave & License Agreements, drafting/ vetting of POA, Undertaking, Affidavit, written statement
  • Good communication skill, expert in Excel and word.
  • Monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions.
  • Any other job as pertaining to the legal and secretarial department
Desired Candidate Profile:
