Unitedworld School of Business (UWSB), Karnavati University organized Management Development Program (MDP) on the topic on “Effective Communication Skills”. The MDP which was conducted on 25th November 2023 (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) had participants from different levels of management and different industries. The program was designed to empower participants to drive better decision-making, resolve conflicts efficiently, and build more cohesive and successful teams, contributing to overall personal and organizational success.

The facilitators of the program were Dr. Salim Shamsher (Dean, UWSB), Dr. Bindiya Gupta (Faculty OB&HR) and Prof. Pabitra Ranjan (Faculty Entrepreneurship). The program, which was split into three sessions, was interactive and involved hands on activities on the topic. The program was well received, with positive feedback from the participants.
