Ten students of Sem. 5 (HR specialization) batch, UWSB, visited Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) on 19 th October 2023 to attend a development programme titled ‘Developing as a professional Manager’.

The session started at 9:30 a.m. and was conducted by. Mr. Hiren Vakil who is a renowned corporate trainer and management consultant. The session was very interactive and relevant topics like -The secrets of the world class, What is professionalism?, Harmony in Human Relationships, Business Etiquettes etc. were covered in the session. The trainer also highlighted the need and significance of maintaining a balance between responsibilities and relationships.

The session concluded at 1:30 a.m. and students shared a positive feedback and the learnings
with the faculty co-ordinator.
