Self-Isolation can be hard, even for those of us, who are privileged enough to have a roof over our heads and food to eat during these difficult times. It’s really easy to slip into a cycle of toxic thoughts and patterns while stuck at home with practically nothing to do. It’s especially harder for people dealing with anxiety, depression and other mental illnesses. That’s why it’s important to remember to check up on your close ones in such times. One text or one phone call can mean the world to someone. Take care of yourself and others. Let’s make sure that everyone is healthy, mentally and physically, so that we can get through this together.
