Unitedworld School of Law, through its Centre for Law and Policy, conducted a one-credit certificate course titled “Common Law vs. Chinese Law: Focus On Invisible Factors & Contexts That Are Relevant To Legal Practice” recently at its campus. The Course was designed and delivered by Dr. (Capt.) Vivek Jain, Barrister in England & Wales & well-known Arbitrator from Singapore. The sessions of the course deliberated on different issues relating to cross border arbitration, International Law and comparative law analysis.
