The first Finance Conclave of 2020 was organised by Finance Club students of PGDM at UWSB on 14th March 2020, Saturday. Prof. (Dr.) Gurmeet Singh and Prof. (Dr.) Himanshu Barot had hosted the event.
The theme of the conclave was – Power of Equity wherein the industry experts Mr. Darshit Patel (Investment officer – SBI Wealth Management Business Unit) and Mr. Riddhish Trivedi (Director of SKT Finance Pvt. Ltd & Impaxive Global) shared views on the ent financial market and enlightened students by giving them the pragmatic approach towards investment in equity.
The event included an interactive session in the form of questions and answers round which helped the students to quench the thirst of knowledge. The Conclave witnessed the presence of more than 150 students. The Conclave was inaugurated by Prof.(Dr.) Vimal Babu – Dean Academics at UWSB.
