As the country debates the revoking of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, students of Unitedworld School of Liberal Arts & Mass Communication (USLM), Karnavati University (KU), were delighted to get all their questions on the issue addressed by the esteemed Provost of the University.

In a special session organized to put things in perspective for students, KU’s Provost, Dr. Deepak Shishoo — who is originally from Kashmir — talked in detail about the momentous decision of the central government on the restive state, Article 370 and 35 (A), its history and implications. While taking questions from the students, Dr. Shishoo discussed the history and background of the Kashmir conflict and also shared his personal experience of Kashmir.

Even after the two-hour session concluded, enthusiastic students were seen lining up to discuss the Kashmir issue with him!
