Karnavati University, in collaboration with Global Training Education Program, (GTEP, UK-in support of British Deputy High Commission, Ahmedabad) partnered with AIPC Pandora, to organize
a 10-day International Internship for students in Madrid, Spain from 21st to 31st October, 2022. AIPC Pandora, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization involved in non-formal education programs, promoting global learning experiences.
This industrial internship program was a combination of International Academia, Industry and Cultural Exploration & Immersion Program which covered: –
- The 4 E’s -Exchange, Exposure, Excursion and Exploration through sports in SPAIN
- The 4 C’s –Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking & Creativity
The aim of the internship was to empower the learners to start solving cross-border challenges, uncover new possibilities and develop revolutionary ideas and solution for the future.
Students UWSB, USLM & UID participated in the internship, where they had learning walks through Spanish companies such as Atos, Fundacion Tomillo, Impact Hub Prosperidad, Impact Hub Barcelo, Impact Hub Picasso, Farmacia-Ortopedia Marta Corces, Hospital Universitario Fundación Jiménez Díaz and Joshi Ananya Smit.
The main learning, acquiring and experience of the program included In-company experiential learning, Building one’s path in a changing and innovative context, Global world and active citizenship, Enlarging one’s vision and amplifying their options, Critical analysis of their experience and finally Sharing their learnings in different formats.
