The Legal Aid Clinic aims to provide free legal aid to poor, needy and the members of the weaker sections of society. The Clinic conducts several Camps throughout the year to bring about legal awareness by engaging effectively with the marginalized sections of the society. This is an excellent opportunity for students to learn the ground realities as well as getting sensitized towards the social issues. Unitedworld School of Law in collaboration with District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) Gandhinagar organized ‘Legal Awareness Program’ on September 17^th, 2021. The Session was graced by Mr. Sudhir Desai, Senior Para Legal Volunteer from DLSA, Gandhinagar who delivered a keynote address on Legal Awareness. The participants of this program were sensitized with the techniques through which they can ensure that justice is accessible to all and equally. The session covered functionaries of the DLSA covering the multifarious duties of Front Office, website and helpline etc.
