I want to share an incident which has happened recently & related to the finance market. A well-known company has sanctioned a credit line of Rs One Lakh to the customer & out of this that customer has utilised around Rs Twenty Thousand. So Rs Eighty Thousand is still unused. But the account got blocked due to certain unknown reasons even to the company, the reasons were unknown & they replied to the customer that your account got blocked from the system. Customer requested to unblock but all in vain and the same revert he used to get from the company.

It reminds me about a Hollywood movie called “Terminator – part 3” where the machines had overpowered the humans & the fight was to keep the human existence in the world. It is a time when machines will overpower humans. This case raises the question as the system which was built by humans now cannot be modified (as per the answer from the company to the customer over email). This is the time to think & let the machines be there to serve human beings and not rule.
