Workplace bullying is not the conflict or allocating the work out of the capacity of an employee but in general, it is commonly known as the aggressive tactics or ways against any of the co- employees. It has the objectivity for humiliating and frightening another person. There are certain ways which can be considered a behavioral reflection of bullying at the workplace like ignoring ideas & views, deliberately triggering criticism, mortifying employees publicly, creating hindrances etc. as workplace bullying.
In India, as per a survey conducted by careerbuilder.in disclosed that 55% of Indian employees face workplace bullying. Such bullying may cause or result in serious mental health issues among employees.
To deal with such issues it’s important to have strict corporate ethics which are to be monitored by a specific team. Apart from this, it is advised to employees to report such issues to HR to stop them. Talk to your co-workers about the same & in extreme, write a detailed report and raise them into the meetings.
Always remember there is no space for bullying at the workplace ever.
