Today, Unitedworld School of Law, Karnavati University successfully conducted a seminar on Corporate and Commercial Laws graced by Mr. Satyendra Shrivastava, Partner – Khaitan Legal Associates, London and CII HR Panel Member. He, while sharing his personal journey and experiences enriched the students of the law school with his vast knowledge on practical aspects of corporate and commercial laws.
The session enlightened the audience with the various kinds of spaces and sectors embodied in the vast framework of corporate law such as; Merger and Acquisition and its subsets, Employment Law, Data Protection, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Competition Law, Real Estate, Exchange control (also known as foreign exchange) and Capital Market.
