Students of UID, school of Interior Design, Semester 03, 2nd Year, visited ‘The Capitol Complex, Chandigarh’, on 26th August, 2022, one of the 17 sites of the Architectural Work of Le Corbusier inscribed on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. The Capitol Complex is one of the most monumental architectural compositions of modern Urbanism by Le Corbusier, an important part of his global legacy arising out of a unique geo-political and cultural setting. It was a notable opportunity for the students to experience all buildings of The Capitol Complex first hand.
